In this course we will present the most current theories and cases related to the culture of innovation.  You will learn what an innovative company's DNA is, what are the characteristics of the culture of innovation and what are the main mistakes that successful companies commit to stifle innovation. 

We work with unpublished material in Brazil, translating the main scholars on the culture of innovation and organizational transformation. We consolidate years of research in this course, which will leverage your knowledge and enable you to work at a high level implementing the culture of innovation.

Fernando Faga Alves holds a degree in economics from FGV-SP and a master's degree in business from the USC Marshall School of Business. He worked for 5 years as an internationalization consultant in Brazil, Silicon Valley and India. He made projects for big companies like Tata Group, Revlon, Huawei, Johnson and Johnson and Sony Pictures Animation.
