In this course we will present the main tools used in strategic planning in the light of innovation. We will bring our experience creating strategy for dozens of clients – from global giants to startups. The course will condense established strategic planning practices and recent advances. The business environment is changing rapidly and analytics tools need to take this dynamic into account. The proposal is to bring knowledge in a way that it is applicable and easy to absorb. We will provide a list of academic books and articles for the student who wants to delve deeper. Each student will produce a unique work that will be applied in their company and will have the support and revision of our consultants
